Understand credits, plans, and payment options
How do credits work?
Credits are the currency used to generate images and videos on Imagiluxion. Each generation consumes a certain number of credits depending on the model and output type. Image generation typically costs 1-2 credits, while video generation costs 10-15 credits. Your credit balance is displayed in your dashboard.
Do I get free credits?
Yes! Every user receives 5 free credits daily, even on the free plan. These credits reset each day, so you can continue creating without any payment. If you need more credits, you can upgrade to a paid plan or purchase credit packs.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer four plans: Free (5 daily credits), Basic ($9/mo, 500 monthly credits), Pro ($29/mo, 2,000 monthly credits with priority queue and private mode), and Enterprise ($99/mo, 8,000 monthly credits with dedicated support). All paid plans include commercial usage rights and watermark-free outputs. Visit our pricing page for full details.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for unused credits on subscription plans. If you experience technical issues that prevent generation, please contact our support team. Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes, all paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise) include full commercial usage rights. You can use your generated images and videos in marketing materials, products, social media, and other commercial projects. Free plan outputs include a watermark and are for personal use only.
