1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Imagiluxion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Imagiluxion provides AI-powered image and video generation services. Users can generate visual content using text prompts and various AI models including Seedream 4.5, Nano Banana, and Seedance 1.5.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits and Payment

Imagiluxion uses a credit-based system. Free users receive daily credits. Paid plans provide additional credits and features. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Generated images and videos are licensed to you under the terms of your subscription plan. Paid plan users receive a commercial license for all generated content. Free tier users receive a personal, non-commercial license.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Imagiluxion to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate deepfakes or deceptive content of real people
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the credit system
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Public Sharing

When you make content public on Imagiluxion, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You can revoke this license at any time by making your content private.

9. Limitation of Liability

Imagiluxion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Imagiluxion after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
